Terrible company
Terrible company! If I had seen this trustpilot beforehand I would have avoided.
In short, paid £45 for tickets which were never received. Customer service are atrocious, slow to respond and just continually fobbed me off. Refused to refund despite not being able to provide proof the tickets were sent. Do yourself a favour and…

Absolute disgraceful service. Changed event time 3 days before. Wouldn't let us claim money back as said monies had been finalised. Ripoff of the year. Don't trust them

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered a ticket, paid for shipping, but never received the ticket. Later I was told they "were too busy to send out all tickets and it therefore was changed to collection at the event". I was informed after the event, only as I called for the second time. I was refused a refund. I can not comprehend the audacity

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. Tickets for the Dua Lipa concert needed to be collected. Despite arriving more than 2 hours early we didn't manage to pick them up before the show started, due to a ridiculously low number of staff, operating a manual system. The staff around the arena are mostly casual workers and are clueless. No response to e-mails from customer service. Buy elsewhere if possible.

Stay away from them.
I have been waiting for a refund for more than 6 weeks now. Been calling and emailing, they have time to respond to my emails telling me that I’m abusing them with so many emails but they don’t have time to process a refund. And not sure why do they have a phone, no one ever picks up that!!!! What a joke. I wonder how are they still allowed to trade. Absolutely horrible customer service. Under the consumer law you should process a refund within 14days! You are the one abusing customer’s rights!!! So don’t tell me that my emails are abusing you!!!!

Awful
They moved two shows of ours and we can't do the new dates. Emailed customer service for refund, replied and said would need to call. I've tried several times it just keeps you on hold for 20mins then hangs up on you. Good way to keep your money hoping you give up! Awful will never use these again.

What an absolute shambles of a company.
Concert due in two days, still no tickets, ring customer service....don't bother.... office is shut rubbish!!
Sent four emails all with different replies!!!
No wonder people would rather go to Manchester arena.

Won't let me buy tickets
I've tried to buy tickets for the upcoming Alan partridge show in Liverpool about 10 times now, constant error messages saying payment has been declined and to check name and address I've entered matches my bank. Everything is correct and I've never had any issues elsewhere, I've tried with three different cards and nothing. Customer service line is down due to covid and it's now passed the date they've said they'd return. Joke of a company I wonder if the artists know the rubbish fans have to go through for this, if there's empty seats this will be the reason.
UPDATE...
They've replied stating it's my issue not theirs. Totally unhelpful, I went straight to ticketmaster, bought my tickets straight away with no issues, so clearly not my issue.

Not delivered tickets and will not answer phone or respond to e-mails. Logged the issue with credit card company. May not get to see the booked event but hoping to get money back. Shocking company. Are they actually still in business?

Website is woefully inadequate
Tried to book tickets online via PC, entered an extra letter to my name whilst typing without realising, and there was no way to change it whatsoever. Really poorly designed website. Had to resort to booking using my phone and then when I got the "payment authorised" message from my bank the website told me my session had timed out. Considering how much they add onto your tickets in 'charges' you'd think they would have a decent website. Awful.

Absolutely shocking service from Ticket…
Absolutely shocking service from Ticket Quarter. We’ve been passed from pillar to post to get a refund from a meet and greet which had been cancelled on their end. No communication through email for the last 2 weeks, when we’ve phoned we’ve been told to just email!! Even spoke to the event organiser “for the love the wrestling” who was rubbish and came back with a snotty response. Absolute p*** take. We’d never ever book anything with ticket quarter or “for the love of” ever again. Absolute frauds.

Why wasn't I surprised when I saw the scores here. We had our tickets canceled. Having to jump through a million hoops to get a refund. Jokers. I would hope Monopoly events use another merchant because these guys are very very poor.

I wouldn't even give one star.
Booked event 2 years ago and got cancelled due to covid.
Got email with a new date which was 72 hours before the event.
Received no tickets and emailed customer service straight away.
They take 3 plus days to reply and are refusing to give me a refund.
It's now been 2 weeks and the emails are still on going with them refusing to refund me just because they want to keep the money.
Do NOT use this company, absolutely shocking!
Disgraceful.
